7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Echo and Embers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier

8. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
